Graduate Leadership Path
This personalized program takes place over 6-9 months, includes
a Q2 Graduate Intensive, and extensive one-on-one telephone mentoring
sessions with a Leadership-Certified Hoffman teacher.
Using investigation and Process tools, you and your Hoffman teacher
will uncover and dispel the core patterns that will free you to
be the successful individual you’ve always wanted to be, in
your business, your home, or in the community.
A mandatory written assignment assists you (along with your teacher)
in defining specific goals and challenges as they relate to successful
leadership. The mentoring sessions are investigative, addressing
issues of personal competency, authenticity and accessing joyful,
effective leadership. Because mentoring sessions continue after
completion of the Q2, you will have the unique opportunity to address
any remaining negative patterns or self-defeating behaviors and
fully embrace their personal power.
Tuition is $3,150 and includes full participation in the Q2 Intensive;
three days and two nights (double occupancy) at the retreat site;
the written assignment and 10 one-hour telephone mentoring sessions
spanning a period of 6-9 months.
