Enrollment
You may enroll in the Quadrinity Process by filling out and returning
the form below. The total cost of the Quadrinity Process, which includes
tuition, lodging, food, & materials, is $3,995. A $195 discount
applies if you enroll 30 days or more before the start of any course.
A $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve
your space. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well
as personal checks.

may use this form to register for the Q2 Graduate Intensive. Tuition
is $1,295, including room, meals, and course materials. There is
a $250 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
required to enroll. (Please be sure of your dates when you enroll,
as there is no grace period for withdrawing.)
To pay by check, please print this page (you can fill out the form
first) and then mail your registration along with your check. You
may also fax this page separately if you wish.

enrollment forms, pre-Process work, and directions to the Process
site. We send this material by US Post or Overnight Mail (both foreign
and domestic).
