  Mary Amrita Arden
Process Teacher Mary Amrita Arden was the second oldest of four children raised outside of Philadelphia to professional working parents. As a child she was often ‘in charge’ of her siblings while her parents worked and her mother went back to school for her Master’s degree in Social Work.

At the urging of friends Premda Haberle and Tim Laurence (of Hoffman UK), Cheshta did the Process in 1994, and his life was forever changed. “The Process let me find myself. I was able to accept my loving heart and view it not as a sign of weakness, but as one of my greatest strengths, for the very first time.”

  Jane Biondi
Hoffman teacher Jane Biondi, is in the midst of a big life change. After calling Madison Wisconsin home for 27 years, she"s moving to Northern California, closer to where she teaches the Process and to the Institute"s day-to-day operations.

  Matt Brannagan
Matt completed the Process in January 2004. At the time he already had a strong spiritual practice, but he couldn’t have known how valuable the Process would be until he was re-deployed to Iraq in 2005. He shared, “there was not a day that went by without some form of adversity. I felt myself more prepared to deal with my own personal adversities, which made me a better leader.”

Sudas Ginger Buckley
From a young age, Hoffman teacher Sudas Ginger’s father encouraged her to be self-reliant and a free thinker, and her mother, by example, taught her to love nature and spirituality. This combination instilled in Sudas Ginger a quest for truth, freedom and adventure! Many times in her life she would surrender comfort for quest, venturing out from the known to travel towards the unknown.

  Barbara Comstock
During the 21 years that Barbara Comstock has been teaching the Hoffman Process, she has shared her love, support and deep wisdom with thousands of students. "I find it deeply rewarding to be fully present to another person and to help them learn to accept and love all parts of themselves. A gift of teaching is that through helping others, I’ve become more present and loving towards myself."

  Kani Comstock
Kani Comstock completed the Hoffman Process in February 1986, and soon after was asked by Bob Hoffman to direct the Institute. In 1990 she also became a Process teacher. To say that she’s integral to the Hoffman Institute is a colossal understatement.

When talking with Hilary Illick, it becomes clear that she was destined to teach the Hoffman Process. As a child Hilary's mother was a therapist and her father a passionate seeker, so she was exposed to compelling ideas and discussions around art, history, religion, spirituality and psychology.

Sharon has been a Process teacher since 1995. “I get nourishment and huge satisfaction experiencing others getting free, breaking out, loving themselves, and moving forward in their lives. Teaching is like being a midwife, supporting others to experience themselves in a way they never have, to realize that there is more to them, the world, the universe than they ever knew.”
