Graduate Groups
See if there if an open graduate group in your area! Attend once, twice or on a regular basis!
Graduate Groups» \ Start-a-Group Orientation Call»
We have different types of Graduate Groups throughout the country. The two primary types are Facilitated Groups, and Sharing Groups.
Facilitated Groups hold fairly regular meetings where the primary purpose of the meeting is for graduates to do their Hoffman tools work together. Each group has a trained, volunteer, facilitator who oversees and leads the evening's programs in alignment with the principles of the Process, and Hoffman Facilitated Groups standards.
Sharing Groups are less structured, so that graduates can self-manage. They usually grow organically, according to the needs of the graduates who attend. Just contact the host to find out when they are convening, and have fun connecting!
To attend a group near you, please contact your local facilitator or contact person, and enjoy. (See the list below.)

*These groups have an email group through which individuals can communicate about their local Graduate Groups. Please email graduates@hoffmaninstitute.org if you wish to join a group.
No group in your area? Here are your current options:
Plan a reunion with your Process mates
Start a sharing group or learn more about facilitating
Participate in a teleclass support series with a Hoffman teacher
Leading or Starting Groups: Orientation Call
… an informative call with attention to on-going Hoffman groups/gatherings
If you're curious about starting any type of on-going Hoffman graduate group, this is the call to attend.
Groups differ in terms of style and structure. Our two primary group types are Sharing Groups and Facilitated Groups. We'll start by discussing both, and which of these are available to you in your region. (If you are considering leading or starting a facilitated group, then this call is the first step!)
Overview of What's Covered:
⋅Different types of graduate groups: Sharing Groups, Facilitated Groups, Other
⋅How often groups meet, meeting content, who attends, more
⋅Leadership: how this varies with the different group types
⋅Brief overview of the facilitator training course (for long-term Hoffman Facilitated Groups) and how to apply
⋅The Institute's role with the different types of groups
There will definitely be time for questions, too…. It's a bit of a discovery process! So join in, and explore what's in your heart or on your path of contribution.
Upcoming Orientation Calls:
Wednesday, April 18, 4:00-5:00pm Pacific / 7:00-8:00pm Eastern
Dial-in Information: Call 1-866/322-7998 and enter the code: 4936161#. These calls are one hour, and are led by the Institute's Graduate Director. Need help figuring out your time zone? Check out: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
Note: If you plan to attend, we ask for everyone to be present right at the beginning of the hour so we can get all the material covered! (We'll also restrict the call after a few minutes, so everyone receives all the same information, in whole.)
