Reunite with Your Classmates

Reunion Basics » / Graduate-led » / Teacher-led »

Many Process classes have found value in reaffirming their Process growth through continued connection with classmates. This page will provide you with the options available via the Institute!

If you are planning to contact the Institute to receive help with any of these options, we ask that you designate a class representative for communications with us.

Reunion Basics

Reunions with your classmates can take various forms. Some reunions are celebration-oriented and social, and others are tools-oriented with attention to personal growth.

Some classes have coordinated and hosted in-person reunions. Over the years various grads tell us they gathered for ½ day, full day and weekend reunions, while other classes make annual treks to one of our Q2 Intensives. Another type of reunion is a telephone reunion call, or a series of calls.

Below you will find what is currently available to you and your class, and hopefully something that will fit your vision!

Graduate-led Reunions

Graduate-led Telephone Reunion Calls
Many classes self-facilitate reunion/support calls with each other. There are a number of free bridge line vendors you can find on the Internet. We know of at least two that grads have used: www.freeconference.com or www.freeconferencecall.com. If you would like a little help planning the content for your call, we have a document other graduates have found helpful. To request a copy, please have a designated member of your class (1 only please) email gatherings@hoffmaninstitute.org and be sure to put "self support call" in the subject line. We will respond to you within a couple of business days.

Self-led In-person Reunions
We encourage you to create your own reunions. Some classes like to include graduates' families, while others prefer to make it grad-only and do some type of Hoffman work when together. What we believe is important is that everyone be in agreement about the intention for your time together; this way, people can better self-select to participate or not.

If your class decides to proceed with doing Hoffman work together and someone in your class is prepared to lead your event, we invite that person to email us in order to request a copy of one of our self-led reunion guides. To request: email gatherings@hoffmaninstitute.org, with "self support reunion" in the subject line and communicate whether you are planning a 2-hour or a 3-hour program.

Teacher-led Reunions

Teacher-led Telephone Calls
This is a good option for classes who want steady telephone support alongside their classmates. If your class would like to begin with 3, once-a-month calls with an option to re-up for more calls, then have your class coordinator contact us for the details. A fee of $900 is required to schedule the first three sessions.

In-person reunions
If your class would like to request a teacher to lead an in-person reunion, please have your class' coordinator contact our graduate department. Teachers are scheduled through the Institute, and our graduate department will fill you in on current fees and expenses.

At present, our Hoffman reunion programs take place in a 7-hour day. Occasionally, we can accommodate reunions at the White Sulphur Springs site, but regardless of where you wish to hold your reunion, it's a good idea to place your request for a teacher at least 3 months in advance of your intended date! Please contact the graduate department for a current listing of fees, and for making reservations.

Reunion at the Q2 Intensive
Some graduates attend the Q2 together on an annual basis. This is a wonderful way to continue to do your personal work, and deepen your bonds with classmates at the same time.

Take a look at our open Q2 schedule, to select a date and location. It's also a good idea to double-check with our office to make sure there are enough spaces for all your mates who say they want to attend.

Please note that we are not able to block out spaces in a Q2 until you have put deposits down, and all our courses are open to the graduate population at-large. At this time, we are not able to schedule private class Q2s.
