Hoffman Coaching Programs

Hoffman coaching is an on-going professional relationship that will support you, as a Process graduate, in producing extraordinary results in any area of your life. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing you with greater focus and awareness of choice. Through the process of coaching, you deepen your learning, improve your performance and enhance the quality of your life.

What differentiates Hoffman Coaching from other personal, professional and spiritual coaching is that a certified Hoffman Coach uses the tools and practices from the Process, and the official protocols of the Hoffman Coaching Programs, and you are a graduate of the Process, familiar with the basic concepts of the Process and with the Process tools.

You completed a powerful journey of self-discovery and growth during your Process. Your internal world has changed and you are more aware. In knocking down the walls your patterns created, your world has become different, perhaps larger and more diverse. You may find yourself doing things you have not done before, feeling emotions you had previously shut off, and experiencing the familiar in new ways. You are an explorer in the adventure of your own life and at times you may find yourself challenged.

Hoffman coaching creates the structure and impetus for achieving your goals, and teaches you how to manage your continuing personal development and growth.

Hoffman Coaching sessions are done on the telephone and, therefore, are available wherever you live in the world. In a coaching session, the Coach skillfully listens, uses Process tools to help you identify patterns, vicious cycles and other dynamics now in your life, and then suggests work for you to do to resolve situations and continue your growth.
