Focused Discovery

A structured, three-part coaching program

Achieving fast, effective, transformative results is what you experienced during the Process. As life unfolds, we desire further development in new areas of life. This 3-part, structured coaching program will catalyze your discovery, growth and transformation in the area of your life where you want strong results. Choose from these topics:

Generally, a Focused Discovery Program is completed within 2-3 months, but it can be done on a slightly tighter or longer schedule that fits your needs.  It should be complete within 4 months.  The structure involves three telephone coaching sessions with a certified Hoffman Coach, and exercises and practices to be done by you between sessions so that the work you do during the entire period you are involved in the program contributes to your results.

Focused Discovery begins with a written Pre-Work assignment completed by you and sent to your Hoffman Coach before the first coaching session.  Each of the telephone coaching sessions is 75 minutes long.  Sessions one and two are followed by a assignment of exercises and practices to be completed by you and reported to your coach by email before the next coaching session.  While the program is structured, it is also individualized for your situation and goals.

In collaboration with your Hoffman Coach, you will create and refine a vision in the area of your focused discovery that excites and motivates your growth.  Through a series of exercises that support you in connecting with inner wisdom and discerning obstacles to your path, you will learn to take spirit -guided action steps that move you into realizing your vision. Graduates find that the work that you do in Focused Discovery will continue unfolding in your life long after you complete the program.

Tuition:  Tuition for each of the Focused Discovery Programs is $595.  Your tuition includes the Pre-Work Assignment, which will be emailed to you upon registration, three 75-minute telephone coaching sessions (you call the coach at the scheduled time), and written and emailed exercises and practices to be done between sessions.  Tuition is due at registration and is non-transferable and non-refundable.  Check the website (hoffmaninstitute.org) or call the Institute for current rates.

To Register for a Focused Discovery Program:  Often graduates know which Hoffman Coach they would like to work with and can contact them directly to enroll.  If you would like guidance in selecting a Coach for the Focused Discovery Program, the Hoffman Office will assist you.
