Review your Process or Q2 Intensive workbook from time to time! A number of graduates have found it rewarding to scan their Process notes or their Q2 workbook. Create an annual or bi-annual ritual for yourself, and recall some of the experiences you had, and be sure to notice how far you’ve come

Supportive Activities to Do With Other Grads
Want to create a phone call with your classmates? Go for it! Lots of grads have used www.FreeConference.com or www.FreeConferenceCall.com to schedule small group and class calls. Also, check out our Reunions page for help with an agenda.
Practice your tools in a Facilitated Group at home, or while you’re on the road. Listed Groups are open to all graduates, no matter where or when you took the Process.
