The Hoffman Institute offers a variety of powerful graduate programs that are designed to support your positive changes and strengthen your spiritual muscle by mentoring and empowering you as you continue to grow. In addition to telephone and in-person coaching, we offer the Q2 graduate intensive, a powerful 3-day residential follow-up to the Hoffman Process.
