Free, Live Weekly Intro Call

Our 45-minute weekly Intro Call takes place every Tuesday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. During the call, members of our staff trained in supporting people who are considering the Process and Hoffman teachers answer questions about the Process posed by people who call in from coast to coast.

Process graduates are also warmly welcomed on the call. You can join in the discussion or simply listen. This is an easy way to learn more about the Process in real-time with real people! Who is the Process for?

Process participants come from all income groups, professions, cultures and spiritual beliefs. They range in age from 21 to well into their 80s. Despite varied backgrounds, those who come to the Process have in common a nagging sense of dissatisfaction and a deep desire to change.

Because the Hoffman Process is an eight-day program, its intensity and effectiveness appeals to people who have demanding lives with little time.

Once you have taken the Process, we offer life-long support and personal development programs in the form of coaching, graduate courses, teleclasses and much, much more. We ask everyone to complete a comprehensive questionnaire prior to attending. By studying your pre-Process assignment, the teaching staff is able to begin an in-depth understanding of your requirements even before meeting you.

After the Process, the Hoffman Institute offers powerful graduate programs that are designed to support, mentor and empower you as you continue to grow.
