Searl Vetter is a senior Hoffman teacher who helps graduates keep the Process alive in the moments that matter—at home, in relationship, at work, and in the quiet places of everyday life. Her style is warm, grounded, and spacious, inviting depth while honoring each person’s pace and truth. She teaches the residential Process, graduate programs, and online offerings, and coaches students in integrating the tools with compassion and clarity.
“I trust the wisdom of the Spiritual Self. Together we’ll practice returning to clarity and choice when patterns flare up, so the work stays alive in real life.”
My own Process shifted me from someone who saw the glass half empty—scanning for problems, expecting the worst—to someone who wakes up optimistic, looking for possibility. That fundamental shift in orientation changed everything.
Searl lives in Colorado, where time in nature and close family life sustain her work. She brings a long history of training in transformational modalities—including the Enneagram, Mindful Self‑Compassion, shadow work, and coaching certifications —along with the rich perspective of her Harvard Business School MBA. These threads support her ability to meet students with steadiness, intuition, and practical wisdom.
