What is the Hoffman Process?

The Hoffman Quadrinity Process®, founded by Bob Hoffman in 1967, is a week-long residential retreat.

It is the only program of its kind offering evidence-based transformational work proven to deliver lasting results.

Tuition for the Hoffman Process is $5,350 USD. This includes lodging, all meals and food, over 90 hours of professional instruction, individualized attention, all materials including post-Process manual and recordings, and a one-on-one post-Process call with your teacher.

Our waitlists consist of students who are already registered for upcoming programs. Once you register, you are given access to the required, extensive pre-Process assignment that is due 2 weeks prior to your program. Sold out programs regularly get last-minute openings, which are only available to those who have completed their pre-Process work. Register for the Process so you can begin your assignment. You can apply to be on a waitlist for any program that is already sold out.

For the Hoffman Essentials program, please find a private and quiet place where you will be uninterrupted, and where you can sit comfortably in front of your screen. Your space should be well lit; we want to be able to see you and connect with you! We also want to cultivate a safe and intimate place in which you can do your work, even though we are not together physically.
