Conor Smith, Hoffman teacher

Conor Smith

holds a B.A. from King’s College and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a certified Executive Coach, Conscious Leadership Consultant, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

For over 20 years, Conor served as CEO of a fast-growing outsourcing and consulting firm, twice earning recognition as one of the top 100 most influential people in the industry. Despite his professional success, he found himself physically depleted, emotionally and spiritually unfulfilled. “The Hoffman Process was a turning point. It helped me discover deep self-love and break free from patterns that kept me feeling lost, stuck, and disconnected from who I truly was.”

Conor became a Hoffman teacher to help others awaken to that same possibility. “I believe in the profound and lasting power of this work to create love, peace, and healing – one person at a time.”

Conor lives on the East Coast and enjoys being outdoors, being active, and spending time with his wife and two sons. His life is dedicated to growth, service, and living a truly authentic life.
