With a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a master’s in Business Administration, Ro began her professional journey in the hospitality industry before moving into international advising in higher education.

She is a certified NLP Somatic Coach through the ICF-approved Academy of Leadership Coaching & Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP) and is a Trauma-Informed Professional trained at the Trauma Resource Institute.

After two decades of professional growth, Ro has found her true purpose in guiding others through deep personal transformation. The way she sees herself and the world has changed after doing the Hoffman Process and she feels honored to walk beside other humans in their return home to their authentic selves.

Originally from Brazil, she has also lived in Canada and France, and now resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their beloved dog. She loves being in nature, traveling, and live music.
