The Focused Discovery coaching series provides structure and support in applying Hoffman tools and practices to an area where you want to bring more growth and transformation. The structure consists of telephone or Zoom coaching sessions with the certified Hoffman coach of your choice, as well as exercises and practices to be done by you between sessions.
While the program is structured, it is also individualized for your unique situation and goals. In collaboration with your Hoffman coach, you will create and refine a vision in the area of your choosing. You may schedule coaching sessions closely together or choose to have more time between, as desired, over a period of one to four months.
