About

Hoffman Fundamentals: An Experiential Introduction© is a new program that utilizes Hoffman’s proprietary methodology. During this 2-day, in-person program, we will work with family-of-origin belief systems and you’ll learn how to identify and transform counterproductive ways of being, perceptions, and emotional patterns that are limiting your life. You will come to understand and know how to live from the positive dimensions of your being, resulting in a life that is more open, loving, whole, and authentic.

Hoffman Fundamentals FAQs

Hoffman Fundamentals is a program for anyone who:

  • Is 21-years of age or older
  • Is curious about Hoffman and wants to experience our methodology
  • Seeks to do healing and transformational work now
  • Longs for a connection with themselves and their inner wisdom
  • Wants more love, compassion, and intimacy with themselves and in their relationships
  • Seeks to understand the foundational teachings of the Hoffman Process

Hoffman Fundamentals is not for graduates of the Hoffman Process or participants of the Hoffman Essentials 2-day virtual program.

The Hoffman Fundamentals is not a prerequisite for the week-long Hoffman Process, or 2-day Hoffman Essentials virtual program. Although Hoffman Fundamentals can help deepen the Hoffman Process experience, it is not required. This 2-day, in-person program is not a replacement for the Process, nor is it intended to be a condensed version of the Process. Hoffman Fundamentals is a stand-alone program, which provides students with an introductory experience to our work and methodology.
