Hoffman Essentials and Fundamentals Practice Groups

Welcome! We invite you to join a Hoffman Practice Group to continue your journey.

Hoffman Practice Groups are for those who have completed Hoffman Essentials or Hoffman Fundamentals. These groups are free, and meet once a month on Zoom for approximately an hour and a half. Each group has a Hoffman-trained group leader who oversees and leads the programs in alignment with Hoffman principles and group standards and protocols. The primary purpose of Hoffman Practice Groups is for participants to do their Hoffman tools work together in a structured environment. It’s also a great way to connect and build community with other participants!

Typical meeting times are as follows:

  • Sunday 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET – on the 4th Sunday of the month
  • Tuesday 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET – on the 3rd Tuesday of the month
