About TRANSFORMATION CIRCLES

Transformation Circles are made up of either Process grads or Essentials participants who are committed to one another’s growth through the use of Hoffman tools, practices, and principles. Transformation Circles are limited to 6–8 participants (either grads or participants, but not mixed), and are led by a Hoffman teacher. Each circle meets for 2 hours every 2–3 weeks for an initial 6 sessions. Pricing information is below.

Each Transformation Circle will be slightly different, but will allow you to intentionally shift your cognitive narratives, emotional reactions, behavior and relationship to others, and better understand and connect with the things that give you purpose and connection to something larger than yourself.

Transformation Circles are group initiated. For more information, email marguerite@hoffmaninstitute.org or register for the Transformation Circle Waitlist and you will be contacted.

How do you turn stress into compassion and gratitude in order to form a clear path forward?
How do you deal with a reality that does not match your hopes?
How do you explore emotions and respond to them in powerful, productive ways?
How do you build better, stronger relationships where you feel less isolated, alienated, and alone?
How do you shift your thinking so that you can feel inspired, resilient, and capable instead of depleted?

Outside of our roles in the external world, we have a deep internal world consisting of the four aspects of self (Body, Emotional Self, Intellect, and Spiritual Self), which respond to and guide us in our life experiences. When we are aligned with and led by our Spiritual Self, we experience our full life on the Right Road – a road of authenticity, love, care, and belonging. We are happier, more productive, and oriented toward carrying out our life’s vision.

And it’s easy to fall off track and wander down that little old Left Road. We are human. Life gets busy. We get distracted, and it’s easy to fall off course. Having accountability and community, as well as staying in touch with and using the Hoffman tools and practices, are what will bring us back on the Right Road.

This is why we have created the Hoffman Transformation Circle: A space to meet regularly, create community, learn, grow, and continue using the tools and practices you learned at Hoffman.

Note: Hoffman Transformation Circles are not ‘problem solving’ groups, but participants do share experiences that could be helpful for others to find a way to meet life’s challenges. Hoffman Transformation Circles are based on sharing relevant experiences – what worked, what did not, what you learned vs. telling others what they should do. It is a safe, sacred space, where you can be vulnerable, feel seen, and discover depths you were unable to explore before.

Confidentiality / Language of Support / Vulnerability

The Hoffman Transformation Circle is a highly confidential, principled approach to group coaching and personal development.

Our work is based strongly upon the principles of confidentiality, support, and vulnerability. We believe that the deeper we dive together, and the more vulnerable we become, the more we get out of the experience of such a setting, and so we hold these principles sacred.
