The Hoffman Process is a comprehensive and effective week-long program that welcomes participants from all economic groups, professions, cultures, and spiritual beliefs. Students range in age from 21 to their 80s and share a sense of dissatisfaction with aspects of their lives and possess a deep desire to change.
After enrolling in the Process, students complete a comprehensive writing assignment as part of the registration process. The questions are designed to help students reflect on their lives, clarify what has brought them to the Process, and begin identifying the patterns, experiences, and intentions they hope to explore. This reflective exercise helps students arrive with greater self-awareness and readiness to engage deeply in the work ahead, while also providing the teaching staff with valuable context to support each student’s experience.
During the Process, our highly trained and qualified teachers guide you through exercises and experiences designed to help you develop new ways of thinking and being while cultivating greater awareness and positivity in your life.
After the Process, the Hoffman Institute offers powerful ongoing graduate work designed to support, mentor, and empower you. Programs and resources include coaching, graduate retreats, Master Classes, meditations, webclasses and more.

The Hoffman Process can be a powerfully transformative experience, but it is not appropriate for every person.
Some physical or mental health conditions may prevent a person from attending. The Hoffman Process is not held in a clinical or medical setting, and it is not intended to provide or replace therapy, provide treatment for a condition, or respond to acute symptoms.
Below is a partial list of conditions and experiences that prevent attendance, along with those that require review before attending. For some conditions we require a therapist or doctor’s signed release. We reserve the right to cancel a prospective student’s registration at any time.
