Maria Camara holds a PhD in Family and Health Psychology from the University of Deusto, Spain, a Master’s in Health Psychology from the University of Middlesex, UK, and a B.A. in Psychology from the UPV, Spain. She is a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and is trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

Maria is also co-director of Hoffman International.
