Claus’ passion in life is to help people/leaders journey inside.

As well as teaching the Hoffman Process, Claus is a certified Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant and worked as a Senior HR Executive in his prior life. He holds a Masters degree in Econometrics from the Technical University in Vienna, Austria.

“My own Process led me to discover self-forgiveness and self-compassion, and that opened a new door for me to re-imagine my life in a new way. My core intention on my continued path of growth is to ‘keep my heart open in the face of pain,’ and take the moments where I fail to do that as a guiding path toward my deeper essence and as an opportunity for a deeper embodiment of self-love.”

Claus is Austrian and currently lives on the North Shore of Boston.
