Webclass: Triggers and Transference
Understanding and working with transference is a powerful tool that can be used for better communication and healthier relationships. In this webclass, we will begin by having you write out a current transference. Then, we will explore the experience of transference in the body and how to clear it through self-compassion. There will be time to bring forward questions and share about how to understand and work with what we have learned.
