Jo Mattoon holds a B.A. in the Humanities and a Master’s in Public Administration. Her first career was as a Human Resources executive, her second career was as an executive coach/leadership trainer, and she has now found her true purpose in teaching/coaching for the Hoffman Process.

Jo is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Her passions include travel, learning, finding the humor in life, and tasty food.
