Mary’s purpose is to support others in living a life filled with love, presence, and inspiration.

She holds a BFA from the University of Colorado and an M.A.Ed. from the University of the Arts. Outside of her work with Hoffman, Mary is a trauma and transition coach certified by the ICF and TICC. She is also a Certified Strengths Coach and a Level 1 Certified Practitioner in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with additional training in Somatic Coaching. Mary is also the host of the “Our Defining Moments” podcast and is a dedicated clay artist.

Today, Mary is honored to walk alongside students as they reconnect with their authentic selves – their inner wellspring of clarity, love, and resilience. Witnessing the transformation that unfolds is one of the most meaningful aspects of her Hoffman work.

Mary lives in Boulder, Colorado, where she enjoys everything the outdoors offers. She is the proud mother of two exceptional adult-ish children and shares her life with her loving partner, and beloved dog, Bonsai.
