About The 1-Day Refreshers
1-Day Refreshers
Open to Hoffman Process graduates, Refreshers are powerful, day-long programs led by Hoffman teachers.
Refresher topics include:
- Cultivating & Building Resilience
- Living Your Vision
- Self-Compassion
- Thriving Relationships
→ All Refreshers begin at 9:30 a.m. and run until 5:00 p.m, unless noted otherwise; time zone is denoted on Refresher description.
Tuition
We offer a tiered pricing structure designed to expand access and invite ongoing support of our work.
Sustainer Rate – $250 USD
This is our standard rate which covers basic program costs.
Sponsor Rate – $375 USD
Our standard rate with an added U.S. tax-deductible donation for those who are able to support.
Supported Rate – Varies (Scholarship Assisted)
This rate is supported by donations, allowing us to offer inclusive access to our programming.
