Feelings

Our Emotional Selves allow us to connect with others, experience empathy, and give us information about our external and internal worlds by way of feelings. When we are able to identify what we’re feeling, we create greater emotional intimacy and connection with ourselves. Naming what we’re feeling at any given moment can help us to become aware of our needs and, in turn, take action to meet them.
